DESIGN CAPABILITIES

Interfacing with all leading CAD packages MANiFAB's design team
can convert 2D design to 3D,update and validate technical drawings,
integrate customer designs, offer product support and advice on new and existing concepts.

STOCKHOLDING

MANiFAB holds extensive stocks of 304 and 316 grade stainless
steel and aluminium sheet and tubing. Stockholding 6 metre lengths
of popular sizes allows MANiFAB to respond quickly to your requirements.

TUBE LASER CUTTING

Laser tube cutting allows outstanding quality and accuracy for cutting
round or square tubes in one operation, eliminating the need for sawing,
drilling, punching and milling. Laser tube cutting facilitates fixtureless fabrication techniques.

MATERIAL HANDLING

MANiFAB's automated sheet storage and handling system ensures
safe and efficient processing. Sheet sizes up to 4 x 1.5m in aluminium
and stainless steel from 1-15mm thick are held on stock.

LASER CUTTING

MANiFAB's flat bed laser cutting facilities can accommodate 4m x 2m
maximum sheet size for cutting up to 20mm thick stainless steel and
12mm thick aluminium. Optimum material utilisation ensures our laser cutting service provides minimum waste with maximum quality. Laser cut blanks can also be polycoated.

CNC TUBE BENDING

Tube forming capabilities from 15mm to 100mm diameter with fixed
and variable radiused tube bending in 3 planes. Our CNC tube manipulation
with CAD CAM interface and laser measuring ensure consistent quality and repeatability.

FABRICATION SERVICE

MANiFAB's MIG, TIG and Plasma welders have experience in welding
to codes and international standards. Jig and fixture design, robotic
and manual welding ensure the most efficient processes and production times are achieved.

GRINDING, LINISHING AND FINISHING

A wide range of automated and manual finishing techniques are
available including deburring, grinding, linishing, polishing, stainless
steel bead blasting, and chemical etching.
